Do you provide free in home care assessments?
Yes. Simply contact us to schedule a consultation. We’ll discuss your needs and wants, recommend a caregiver, then prepare a care plan personalized to your loved one’s requirements.
What qualifications do your caregivers have?
We have licensed Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Aides and Companions. All our caregivers are experienced and undergo rigorous training to ensure they provide the highest quality of care to clients. They are also background-checked and bonded for your peace of mind.
How do you match caregivers with clients?
We carefully assess each client’s needs and preferences to pair them with a caregiver who best fits their personality and care requirements.
Can I change my caregiver if needed?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of a good match and are committed to ensuring you are comfortable with your caregiver. Changes can be made upon request.
Who pays the caregiver?
Christine’s Senior Care employs all of its caregivers. This means you have absolutely no responsibility (or worries) paying employment taxes, doing background checks and other tasks if hiring independent contractors.
What forms of payment do you take?
Our agency is both a private pay home care company and a provider for term care insurance plans that have direct payment policies. We also accept any form of private payment, including checks, credit cards and proceeds from long term care insurance policies that can be used for our services.
