Essential Resources
Greater Oklahoma City Area Senior Services
- Areawide Aging Agency– Serves Canadian, Cleveland, Logan, and Oklahoma Counties (including Oklahoma City, Norman, and Edmond) with homemaker assistance, chore services, transportation, and meal programs for seniors over 60, prioritizing those below the poverty line. Funded under the Older Americans Act, they also offer an Ombudsman program for long-term care residents.
- Oklahoma Department of Human Services – Aging Services Division – Provides statewide services including legal assistance, volunteer programs (Oklahoma Senior Corps), personal care, respite services, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, and transportation. Additional programs include homemaker, chore, and medication management support.
- Aging Services Inc. – Serves Cleveland County (Norman) with meal delivery, congregate meals, transportation, in-home services, case management, and respite vouchers for caregivers. Supported by state and federal funds, private donors, and local organizations like the United Way of Norman.

- OKC Parks Senior Services – Offers social and recreational programs at senior centers in Oklahoma City, including fitness classes, arts, and community events to promote active aging.
Stillwater Senior Services
